- Begin facing the instructor with your feet together and your hands at your sides.
- Bow
- Step forward with your left foot into a hard bow stance.
- Block down with your left hand in front of your left leg.
- Kick forward with your right foot then set forward into a hard bow stance.
- Block down with your right hand in front of your right leg.
- Kick forward with your left foot then set forward into a hard bow stance.
- Block down with your left hand in front of your left leg.
- Punch forward with your right hand without moving your feet.
- Bring your right foot toward your left foot and put your feet together.
- Bow
