Dragon Two Kata
  1. Begin facing the instructor with your feet together and your hands at your sides.
  2. Bow
  3. Step forward with your left foot into a hard bow stance.
  4. Block down with your left hand in front of your left leg.
  5. Punch forward with your right hand without moving your feet.
  6. Punch forward with your left hand without moving your feet.
  7. Step forward with your right foot into a hard bow stance.
  8. Punch forward with your right hand without moving your feet.
  9. Punch forward with your left hand without moving your feet.
  10. Step to the right side into a low horse stance.
  11. Throw a right chop to right side at the same time put your left chop on your stomach.
  12. Bring your right foot toward your left foot and put your feet together.
  13. Bow
