  1. Begin facing the instructor with your feet together and your hands at your sides.
  2. Bow
  3. Step forward with your left foot into a hard bow stance.
  4. Block down with your left hand in front of your left leg.
  5. Punch forward with your right hand without moving your feet.
  6. Step forward with your right foot into a hard bow stance.
  7. Punch forward with your left hand without moving your feet.
  8. Block up over your head with a right hand upward block.
  9. Throw an inverted left chop to the front.
  10. Bring your left foot forward and put your feet together.
  11. Bow
