- Begin facing the instructor with your feet together and your hands at your sides.
- Step forward with your left foot into a hard bow stance.
- Block down with your left hand in front of your left leg.
- Punch forward with your right hand without moving your feet.
- Step forward with your right foot into a hard bow stance.
- Punch forward with your left hand without moving your feet.
- Block up over your head with a right hand upward block.
- Throw an inverted left chop to the front.
- Bring your left foot forward and put your feet together.
