The next class in our training program is for the students who need it the most.
At this age group children and their class mates begin to develop into more
mature individuals capable of injuring one another. We provide three, 45
minute, sessions per week without a contract. As with the previous program a uniform can be purchased by all new students for
$30.00. The monthly cost is $65.00 This training includes instruction that is
designed for the specific problems that children in this age group are faced
with everyday. As karate instructors our relationship with our students allow us to act as
positive role models. This is a position that we take very seriously. Once a
student becomes a member at our school we will work with him as much as
possible in order to improve confidence, self-awareness, self-control and
self-discipline. We do not promote any violent activity, behavior or association with any
religious order. The training taught at the Martial Arts Center will be
according to the guidelines and by laws of our governing body. Any student
caught violating these guidelines will be summarily dismissed from our school. We will work with parents, teachers and healthcare professionals to see that the
student will benefit from an association with our school, and we are seriously
committed to our policies for effective life management. The next class in our training program is for the students who need it the most.

We realize that adult students tend to have different interests as it relates
to fitness training. To capitalize on these strengths we offer four Cardio
Kickboxing classes per week for our students. The first month is complimentary,
and no contracts are required, as with all of our other programs. After the introductory
month is concluded, the monthly charge for this program is $45.00 Cardio Fit
This is our newest class that allows us to combine our cardio program into a more
traditional kickboxing program. The first month is complimentary, and no contracts are
required, as with all of our other programs. After the introductory month is concluded,
the monthly charge for this program is $45.00 Adult Group Class
In the past, we’ve seen that when our classes were based on a "repetition"
concept, the students who learned what was expected of them soon became experts
at the class material, but their skill levels rarely reached their personal
potential. Therefore, the content in this outline is rotated frequently to
prevent the program from becoming stagnant, and provides a continuous challenge
to all class participants. Drawing expertise and experiences from many
professional sources we are able to provide our participants with the tools
necessary to achieve the most benefit from every class involvement. Sparring Class
Our sparring classes are based on our schools sparring policy of "Graduated
Demands." What a new student to sparring can expect is to be taught how to
fight, and as the student progresses, additional challenges will be given. We utilize the Joe Lewis Freefighting System
to teach our students the most advanced concepts of fighting without using them
as punching bags for our higher ranking students. We are committed to teaching
you the necessary skills to defend yourself both inside and outside of the
Karate School.
Our children's classes are specialized programs gleaned from many
sources. Our youngest children's class is called Little Dragons. Our program
provides a foundation for children to excel in numerous areas of their lives.
The eight topics that are taught in this class are:
Balance
Memorization
Teamwork
Coordination
Control
Fitness
Discipline
Focus
We provide three, 45 minute, sessions per week without a contract. All new
students can purchase a training uniform for $30.00. The monthly charge is
