Do a right grab and pull into a left four finger eye shot and right front snap kick combination. Set to the right into a horse and do a left elbow right eye shot combination over the left shoulder. Do a left four finger eye shot to the front and a right chop to the rear groin. Do a left downward block and a right outward block. Do a right inward block in front of the face. Do a right tiger claw left backfist combination to each side. Clear the arms over head and slide the left foot to the right into a neutral stance. Chamber the hands.

Step up right foot 45 degree angle hard bow to the front. Do a right parry outward block. Left four finger eye shot to the front. Do a left grab and pull into a right four finger eye shot and left front snap kick combination. Set to the left into a horse and do a right elbow right eye shot combination over the right shoulder. PREYING MANTIS RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Throw a right snap kick to the groin as the right eagle beak strikes the eye to the right front corner. Step right foot to the right front corner and cat the left foot to the right as you do a right open hand parry block, pin the opponent's punch down with the right hand, do a left front snap kick to the groin as the left eagle beak strikes the eye to the left front corner.

PREYING MANTIS TO DRUMS OF MANCHU - Step left foot to the left front corner into a hard bow.

DRUMS OF MANCHU RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Drive a left down block and right inward block simultaneously to the left front corner. At the same time you drive a left upward block throw a right inverted hammerfist to the groin. Shuffle forward to a soft bow to the left front corner and throw a left tiger claw followed by a right backfist. Step the right leg to the right front corner into a hard bow. SEWING THE SEEDS TO FLASHING WINGS - Cross the right foot to the left side into a dancer step as you do a right upward block to the front.

FLASHING WINGS RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Step the left leg around 270 degrees in a clockwise motion to the front into a horse stance. Throw a left inward block in a left to right motion to the outside of the opponent's right punching arm. Turn to a hard bow facing the front. Drive a right elbow into the ribs as the left covers the face. Do a right elbow to the spine as the left arm imitates the same move for power. Turn soft bow to the right as you do a right chop to the back of the neck followed by left chop to the neck as you turn to a soft bow to the rear. Turn hard bow to the front as you do a right inverted chop to the opponent's throat. Step the left foot to the right side into a dancer step as you do a left upward block to the front. Step the right leg around 270 degrees in a counter clockwise motion to the front into a horse stance. Throw a right inward block in a right to left motion to the outside of the opponent's left punching arm. Turn to a hard bow facing the front. Drive a left elbow into the ribs as the right covers the face. Do a left elbow to the spine as the right arm imitates the same move for power. Turn soft bow to the left as you do a left chop to the back of the neck followed by right chop to the neck as you turn to a soft bow to the rear. Turn hard bow to the front as you do a left inverted chop to the opponent's throat.

FLASHING WINGS TO PARTING THE WAVES - Turn to a horse stance facing the left side.

PARTING THE WAVES RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Do a left open hand parry in a left to right motion as the right eagle beak rakes the ribs in a right to left motion. Drive a right chop to the ribs. Readjust the right foot 90 degrees to the left into a horse stance as you do a right head smash. Adjust your left leg to the right foot 90 degrees into a neutral stance facing the right side. Step right foot to the rear into a horse stance as you do a right open hand parry in a right to left motion as the left eagle beak rakes the ribs in a left to right motion. Drive a left chop to the ribs. Readjust the left foot 90 to the right side into a horse stance as you do a left head smash (You will be facing the rear after the completion of this technique).

PARTING THE WAVES TO BRIDGING THE GAP - Dancer the left foot to the left front corner into a hard bow as you throw a right upward block.

BRIDGING THE GAP RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Turn to a horse stance as you do a left palm to the opponent's ribs and a right palm to the right side for power. Turn to a soft bow to the left front corner as you do a right grab to the groin. Shuffle into the left front corner into the soft bow as you pull the opponent's groin out and do a left chop to the throat. Cross the left foot the right rear corner into a dancer step and then step the right foot to the right rear corner into a hard bow as you throw a left upward block. Turn to a horse stance as you do a right palm to the opponent's ribs and a left palm to the left side for power. Turn to a soft bow to the right rear corner as you do a left grab to the groin. Shuffle into the right rear corner into the soft bow as you pull the opponent's groin out and do a right chop to the throat.

BRIDGING THE GAP TO BRUSHING WIND - Dancer the right leg to the front as you do a right open hand down block and a left open hand parry both blocks travel in a left to right motion. Step the right leg to the right side into a hard bow.

BRUSHING WIND RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Do a left brush parry followed by a right two finger dart eye shot, step the left foot to the right side into a horse stance. Do a left side fist temple at the same time you do a right side fist to the ribs. The left hand grabs the opponent's right shoulder as you do a right side fist to the temple. The right hand then grabs the shoulder as you do a left foot sweep to the back of the opponent's right foot (This motion will carry your left foot forward into a dancer position). Throw a left inverted dart eye shot under the opponent's right arm. Step back the left leg to the right side as you do a left open hand down block and a right open hand parry both blocks travel in a right to left motion. Step the left leg to the front side into a hard bow. Do a right brush parry followed by a left two finger dart eye shot, step the right foot to the front into a horse stance. Do a right side fist to the temple at the same time you do a left side fist to the ribs. The right hand grabs the opponent's left shoulder as you do a left side fist to the temple. The left hand then grabs the shoulder as you do a right foot sweep to the back of the opponent's left foot (This motion will carry your right foot forward into a dancer position). Throw a right inverted dart eye shot under the opponent's left arm.

BRUSHING WIND TO THUNDERING HAMMERS - Step the left foot around 270 in a clockwise motion to the left side into a horse stance as you throw a left inward block in a left to right motion to the outside of the opponent's right punching arm.

THUNDERING HAMMERS RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Turn to a hard bow to the left side as you do right forearm to the groin. Turn to a horse as you throw a left hammerfist to the back of the neck. Do a left dancer to the right side as you throw a right hammerfist to the back of the head. Throw a right backfist to the temple followed by a right grab to the hair. Shuffle with the right foot to the left side into a soft bow as you do a left inverted tiger claw rake the eyes. Pivot the body 180 degrees to the left as you throw a left spinning backfist the left side. Step right leg 180 around in a counter clockwise motion to the right side into a horse stance as you throw a right inward block in a right to left motion to the outside of the opponent's left punching arm. Turn to a hard bow to the right side as you do left forearm to the groin. Turn to a horse as you throw a right hammerfist to the back of the neck. Do a right dancer to the left side as you throw a left hammerfist to the back of the head. Throw a left backfist to the temple followed by a left grab to the hair. Shuffle with the left foot to the right side into a soft bow as you do a right inverted tiger claw rake the eyes.

THUNDERING HAMMERS TO WHIRLING SERPENT - Dancer the right leg to the right front corner as you throw a right downward block in front of the groin in a left to right motion.


WHIRLING SERPENT RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE
- Turn to a horse as you do a left inward block to the punch. Throw a right shin instep kick to the opponent's knee to the left rear corner as you do a left grab to the opponent's groin and rip out. Step the right leg into the left rear corner into a dancer step as you drive a left chop to the throat. Dancer the left leg to the left front corner as you throw a left downward block in front of the groin in a right to left motion. Turn to a horse as you do a right inward block to the punch. Throw a left shin instep kick to the opponent's knee to the right rear corner as you do a right grab to the opponent's groin and rip out. Step the left leg into the right rear corner into a dancer step as you drive a right chop to the throat.

TRIPLE BLOCKS RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Step right leg to the rear into a hard bow as you do a right down block and left inward block to the right side of your body. Repeat this motion to the left and then to the right again. Step forward with the left leg to the rear as you do a left down block and a right inward block to the left side of your body. Repeat three times.

CROSSING THE MOUNTAIN RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Drop your left leg back toward the front and draw the right leg toward the left leg into a cat stance as you do a right open hand figure eight ridge hand block. Throw a right snap kick and a left four finger eye shot to the rear. Immediately after the right kick set back to the front and draw the left leg to the right into a cat stance as you do a left figure eight ridge hand block. Throw a left snap kick and a right four finger eye shot to the rear.

CROSSING THE MOUNTAIN TO WHIRLING LEAVES - After the left snap kick set the leg to the right side into a horse stance.

WHIRLING LEAVES RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Bring your right hand up into an upward block and the right hand covers the rib cage. Draw your right leg to the left into a cat stance as you do a right then left sweeping smother block to the left side. Throw a right front snap kick to the left side. Set to the left side in a horse stance and throw a right uppercut to the head. Immediately after you complete the right uppercut draw the left leg to the right into a cat stance and throw a left upward block to the right side, the right hand covers low. Do a left then right sweeping smother block to the right side. Throw a left front snap kick to the right side. Set to the right side in a horse stance and throw a left uppercut to the head.

PUNCHING SECTION RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Facing the rear, throw a right upward block left uppercut combination. Circle the arms and do another with the opposite side and then a third set with the original side.

CHECKING THE TIDE RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Do a right hammerfist to the left side of the opponent's nose followed by a right open hand finger eye rake, inverted eye rake, eye rake. Chamber the hand. Do a left inverted hammerfist to the right side of the opponent's nose, followed by a left open hand finger eye rake, inverted eye rake, eye rake. Chamber the hand. Do a double spear hand jab to the eyes. Pull the hands to a chamber position.

SWEEPING WINGS RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Step back with the right leg to the front as you circle the arms in a panther block from the right to the left and block the kick with the outside of the left hand, circle the hands over the opponent's head and drop a right backfist to the nose, left tiger claw eyes. The left hand grabs the hair, right snap kick to the groin, set back right to a hard bow, pull opponent down with the left into a right backfist to the face. Immediately step back with the left leg to the front as you circle the arms in a panther block from the left to the right and block the kick with the outside of the right hand, circle the hands over the opponent's head and drop a left backfist to the nose, right tiger claw eyes. SWEEPING WINGS TO KNEELING TIGER - Drop to the left knee facing the rear, with the right leg up.

KNEELING TIGER RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Drive right smother block down on top of the kick, do a right inward block to sweep the kick away, right inverted hammerfist to the groin, left grab groin, rip groin out as you shuffle forward on the left knee and do a right backfist to the groin. Step up and forward with the left leg and drop immediately into a kneeling position with the right leg down. Drive a left smother block down on top of the kick, do a left inward block to sweep the kick away, drive a left inverted hammerfist to the groin, right hand grabs the groin, rip the groin out as you shuffle forward on the right knee and do a left backfist to the groin.

KNEELING TIGER TO THE LOTUS - Stand up by stepping forward with the right leg and then into a cat stance with the right leg forward angled to the left rear corner.

THE LOTUS RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Do a right followed by a left sweeping smother block to the left rear corner. Step right leg to the left rear corner and then immediately throw a left instep shin kick followed by a right jump side kick and right backfist. Retract the side kick and cross right over left into a twist stance to the right rear corner. Step left leg to the right rear corner into a cat stance. Do a left followed by a right sweeping smother block to the right rear corner. Step left leg to the right rear corner and then immediately throw a right shin instep kick followed by a left jump side kick and left backfist.

THE LOTUS TO ATTACKING THE WALL - Retract the left side kick and pivot in a clockwise motion to face the right front corner in a horse stance.

ATTACKING THE WALL (B) RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Throw a left "L" punch to right front corner, turn soft bow and throw a right drop punch to kidney as left open hand cover to face, do a right grab to the shoulder followed by a right side kick to knee. As you retract the knee spin 270 degrees in a counter clockwise motion to face the left front corner in a horse stance. Throw a right "L" punch to the left front corner, turn soft bow and throw a left drop punch to the kidney as right open hand covers the face, do a left grab to the shoulder followed by a left side kick to the knee.

ATTACKING THE WALL TO SEVEN SWORDS - Set the left side kick to the front in a side horse stance.

SEVEN SWORDS RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Step right leg 180 around to the front into a side horse stance. Throw a double knife hand block to the forearm and biceps, turn soft bow to the right as you do a right downward sweeping chop to the right trap muscle, followed by a left four finger eye shot, turn back to horse, right spear hand to the solar plexus, left dancer to the right side, left piano finger eye rake, turn to horse, right chop to the back of the neck, right inverted chop the throat. Chamber the hands as you step 270 degrees in a clockwise motion to the front. Throw a double knife hand block to the forearm and biceps, turn soft bow to the left as you do a left downward sweeping chop to the left trap muscle, followed by a right four finger eye shot, turn back to horse, left spear hand to the solar plexus, right dancer to the left side, right piano finger eye rake, turn to a horse, left chop to the back of the neck, left inverted chop the throat.

SEVEN SWORDS TO REVERSING HAMMERS - Chamber the hands as you pivot your left leg into a twist stance facing the right side.

REVERSING HAMMERS RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE - Do a left upward block to the front and step 270 degrees in a counter clockwise motion to the front into a side horse stance, do a right whipping backfist to the base of the skull, turn hard bow the right, left elbow to the ribs, do a left back hand slap to the punch, turn soft bow to the left, right chop to the back of the neck. Cross the right leg to the left side into a twist stance. Do a right upward block to the front and step 270 degrees in a clockwise motion to the front into a side horse stance, do a left whipping backfist to the base of the skull, turn hard bow the left, drive a right elbow to the ribs, do a right back hand slap to the punch, turn soft bow to the right, left chop to the back of the neck.

FINAL CLOSE - Cross the left foot over the right to the rear, step right foot to the rear to a horse stance, step left foot to the left side to a horse and bow out using the Basic Chinese Salutation (Weapon shield).
